Terrelle Pryor started nine games for the Oakland Raiders last season. While he isn't the best quarterback, he is a tough guy to game plan for. He is one of the most athletic quarterbacks in the NFL and is capable of breaking a long run at any given time.
The Raiders traded for Matt Schaub earlier this offseason and he will be their starter in 2014. Pryor appears to be the odd man out in Oakland. Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk reports that the Raiders hope to trade Pryor before the start of offseason programs on Monday.
I would expect a deal to get done by Monday. One team who I could see showing interest in Pryor is the Carolina Panthers. He is similar in some ways to their starting quarterback Cam Newton and would be a good option for them.
Any trade for Pryor would likely cost a team a late round draft choice. Another team who could look to acquire him is the San Francisco 49ers, who have a need for a true backup quarterback.
Last season with the Raiders, he completed 156 of 272 passes for 1798 yards, seven touchdowns and 11 interceptions. He also carried the ball 83 times for 576 yards and two touchdowns.
